What band is this? (Update from the radio station at post #95.)

This should be easy for someone as I don't think this is an obscure band but, for the life of me, I can't figure out who it is.

If it helps, the picture was posted yesterday on the facebook page of a radio station I listen to as part of their look back at 1984. I looked at a list of the top songs from that year and didn't see any bands that I thought matched up to the picture.
